You can work with our team from the early design stage, or we can work from drawings supplied by your own architect or engineer. At this stage, we review the plans, agree specifications, and make sure everything is aligned for construction
Pre-Construction
Once the design and scope are agreed, we confirm costs, timelines, and site requirements. This stage includes planning the groundwork, services, and overall build programme.
Build Stage
When the build is complete, we carry out final checks and walk you through the finished project. We then hand over all relevant documentation and remain available for any follow-up support.
