How it Works
Initial Inquiry
We start with a conversation about your project, your site, your budget, and your goals. Whether you are planning a new build or an extension, we will talk you through the next steps.
Design or Client-Supplied Drawings
You can work with our team from the early design stage, or we can work from drawings supplied by your own architect or engineer. At this stage, we review the plans, agree specifications, and make sure everything is aligned for construction.
Pre-Construction
Once the design and scope are agreed, we confirm costs, timelines, and site requirements. This stage includes planning the groundwork, services, and overall build programme.
Build Stage
During construction, our team coordinates all trades and materials to build your vision according to approved designs, maintaining strict quality control every step of the way.
Handover
When the build is complete, we carry out final checks and walk you through the finished project. We then hand over all relevant documentation and remain available for any follow-up support.
